Where are we shipping to currently?
We are currently shipping to the UK, Channel Islands, Switzerland, US & Australia. For the EU please visit your local Amazon website or check out our stockists page.
UK deliveries
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours (not including weekends), however please bear with us if we take an extra day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a dispatch email from us and our fulfilment partner- Think Worldwide. Think Worldwide provide tracking updates for you via email and you will also receive tracking from the courier. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive them.
Deliveries in mainland UK are mainly through Parcelforce or Royal Mail and take 1-3 working days (not including weekends). Free delivery is available for orders over £60.
Channel Islands / Switzerland
Deliveries to the Channel Islands or Switzerland are usually via DHL, however we may use an alternative courier in some circumstances. VAT is not payable on orders to the Channel Islands or Switzerland however please note duties and taxes may be payable on Swiss orders.
Deliveries within the EU
We don't ship to the EU currently. However, you can purchase the PlayTRAY via Amazon.de, Amazon.fr and other Amazon EU sites. You can also purchase from one of our European stockists. Follow the link here to access the listing.
Deliveries within the U.S.
Orders within mainland US are dispatched locally with UPS, USPS or Amazon Delivery Service and take between 3-7 working days.
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours (not including weekends), however please bear with us if we take an extra day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Deliveries within Australia
Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse using a variety of couriers, including Australia Post, Couriers Please and TNT. This takes between 2-8 working days.
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours (not including weekends), however please bear with us if we take an extra day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number.
Deliveries elsewhere in the world

Once you receive your purchase you will have a 30-day returns period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You are welcome to return the product for a full refund, excluding shipping costs*, subject to the following conditions:
- All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original packaging).
- You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related cost.
- The original shipping costs* to you are not refunded.
Inspire My Play Ltd reserves the right to reject returns outside the 30 day return
period, or items which are returned that are not in their original condition and/or
packaging.
If your parcel is returned to us due to a rejected delivery or failure to claim the parcel, then you will be responsible for paying the return charge. This will be deducted from your refund, along with the initial shipping charge.
*Please note shipping costs are subsidised for deliveries but if a parcel is returned the full price of the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can sort it out for you. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@inspiremyplay.com and we will give you the return address.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
