Where are we shipping to currently?

We are currently shipping to the UK, US & Australia. For other destinations please check out our stockists page.

 

UK deliveries

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours (not including weekends), however please bear with us if we take an extra day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a dispatch email from us and our fulfilment partner- Think Worldwide. Think Worldwide provide tracking updates for you via email. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive them.

We are currently shipping to the UK, US & Australia. For other destinations please check out our stockists page.

Deliveries in mainland UK are mainly through Parcelforce or Royal Mail and take 1-3 working days (not including weekends). The majority of orders placed before 11am will be delivered the next day. Free delivery is available for orders over £60 in mainland England, Wales and Scotland.

Deliveries to the Scottish highlands, UK islands or Northern Ireland may take longer and we may utilise a different courier.

Deliveries within the EU

We don't currently ship to the EU. However, you can purchase the PlayTRAY via Amazon UK instead or one of our European stockists. Follow the link here to access the listing. 

Deliveries within the U.S.

Orders within mainland US are dispatched with UPS, USPS or Amazon Delivery Service and take between 3-7 working days.

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours (not including weekends), however please bear with us if we take an extra day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number.

Deliveries within Australia

Orders are dispatched via Amazon Delivery Service and may utilise local couriers. This takes between 5-10 working days.

Deliveries outside of Europe & the US

International delivery prices vary depending on your country of residence and size of parcel. These prices are calculated at checkout. Unfortunately air freight is charged by its volumetric weight. This takes into account the size of the parcel and as the PlayTRAY is a bulky item it makes international deliveries costly. International orders are zero-rated- you pay no VAT. Instead we have used this VAT portion to reduce the shipping cost for you.

 Please note that for delivery to some worldwide destinations there may be additional customs duties and charges for which customers are responsible for paying. We are not able to advise on exact customs charges and you will need to investigate this before placing an order.

Customs will not release your delivery until these charges are settled. Please look out for a text or email from the courier. If the courier alerts us that they can't contact you to settle customs charges we will make every reasonable attempt to get hold of you ourselves. If however, you still do not settle the customs bill or reject the delivery and it is returned to us by the courier we unfortunately have to deduct this cost from your refund.

Remote area surcharge

Please note that some areas are classed as remote by the courier and may incur a remote area surcharge. If this is the case we will let you know and you can decide whether you are happy to pay and proceed or would like to cancel your order.

Returns 

Once you receive your purchase you will have a 30-day returns period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  You are welcome to return the product for a full refund, excluding shipping costs*, subject to the following conditions:

  • All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original packaging).
  • You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related cost.
  • The original shipping costs* to you are not refunded.

Inspire My Play Ltd reserves the right to reject returns outside the 30 day return
period, or items which are returned that are not in their original condition and/or 
packaging.

If your parcel is returned to us due to a rejected delivery or failure to claim the parcel, then you will be responsible for paying the return charge. This will be deducted from your refund, along with the initial shipping charge.

*Please note shipping costs are subsidised for deliveries  but if a parcel is returned the full price of the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can sort it out for you. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@inspiremyplay.com and we will give you the return address.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you
know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically
refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some
time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
