Refund policy

Once you receive your purchase you will have a 30-day returns period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please email us at hello@inspiremyplay.com to start a return. You are welcome to return the product for a full refund, excluding shipping costs*, subject to the following conditions:

  • All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original packaging).
  • You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related cost.
  • The original shipping costs* are not refunded.

Inspire My Play Ltd reserves the right to reject returns outside the 30 day return
period, or items which are returned that are not in their original condition and/or 
packaging.

If your parcel is returned to us due to a rejected delivery or failure to claim the parcel, then you will be responsible for paying the return charge. This will be deducted from your refund, along with the initial shipping charge.

*Please note shipping costs are subsidised for deliveries  but if a parcel is returned the full price of the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can sort it out for you. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@inspiremyplay.com

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
