Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the UK, Channel Islands, Switzerland, US and Australia. For customers in the EU, please visit your local Amazon website or check out our Stockists page for regional retailers.
UK
Delivery time: 1-3 working days (not including weekends)
Cost: £3.95 or free on orders over £40
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) through Parcelforce or Royal Mail. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.
United States
Delivery time: 3-7 working days
Cost: Calculated at checkout or free on orders over $120 USD
Orders are dispatched locally from our US warehouse via UPS, USPS, or Amazon Delivery Service.
Channel Islands & Switzerland
Cost: Calculated at checkout
Delivered via DHL or an alternative courier. VAT is not payable, but duties and taxes may apply for Swiss orders.
Australia
Delivery time: 2-8 working days
Cost: Calculated at checkout or free on orders over $150 AUD
Orders ship locally from our Sydney warehouse via Australia Post or other trusted couriers.

Returns
Once you receive your purchase, you’ll have 30 days to request a return. You can return the product for a full refund (excluding shipping costs*), provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition, including all original packaging.
- The return must be completed within 30 days of the date you received your order.
- You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the return.
- Original shipping costs* are non-refundable.
Inspire My Play Ltd reserves the right to reject returns outside the 30-day return
period or items that are not in their original condition and/or packaging.
If your parcel is returned to us due to a rejected delivery or failure to collect the parcel, you’ll be responsible for paying the return charge. This amount, along with the initial shipping charge, will be deducted from your refund.
*Shipping costs are subsidised for deliveries, but if a parcel is returned, the full cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We do our best to make sure every order arrives in perfect condition. If this isn’t the case we’re really sorry, and we’ll sort it as quickly as possible.
Please check your items as soon as they arrive, and if you’ve received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us at hello@inspiremyplay.com. We’ll provide the return address and instructions to get everything sorted for you.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, if approved, you’ll automatically receive your refund to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
